Summary

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@sigilantlabs.com with your Paddle receipt/order reference and the reason for the request.
  2. We will confirm eligibility based on unused credit balance and purchase date.
  3. If eligible, we will initiate the refund through Paddle. Some refunds may require manual review for fraud/abuse prevention.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support before filing a dispute. Disputes increase costs for both parties and may result in account restriction where permitted by law.
