Refund Policy

Summary
- 30-day refunds for unused credits. If your credit balance has not been consumed, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Used credits are non-refundable. Credits consumed by completed runs (including partially executed runs) are not eligible for refund.
- Refunds are processed by Paddle. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and will execute the refund back to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
- Email support@sigilantlabs.com with your Paddle receipt/order reference and the reason for the request.
- We will confirm eligibility based on unused credit balance and purchase date.
- If eligible, we will initiate the refund through Paddle. Some refunds may require manual review for fraud/abuse prevention.
Timelines
- We typically respond within 2 business days.
- Bank/card posting times vary by payment method and issuer after approval.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support before filing a dispute. Disputes increase costs for both parties and may
result in account restriction where permitted by law.
